My love for my grandchildren and shopping for beautiful children's clothing and furnishings was the initial inspiration that drove me far beyond my wildest dreams and expectations. Yard sales, consignment sales and shopping for bargains was my life and my basement was overflowing with treasures in anticipation of opening my new store. I was also blessed with the friendship of a lovely lady who owned a children's consignment store for 12 years. With her help I was able to put together my business plan and move forward quickly. On June 25, 2005 I opened Frilly Frocks.

Frilly Frocks' overall objective is to become the retailer of choice for upscale, quality Ladies' and Children's Apparel within the Loudoun County area.

The mission of Frilly Frocks is to provide the opportunity for families to be able to conveniently purchase the finest quality Ladies' and Children's Apparel and at a fraction of the retail cost and to provide families with a means to make extra money by selling their outgrown and unused items.

The overall goal of Frilly Frocks is to provide the customer with a pleasurable buying experience. Therefore, every measure is being taken to provide the best customer service, maximum convenience and outstanding quality and prices. My staff and I personally greet each customer, help them find great deals and items within the store, greet repeat customers by name and help the clients make extra money by selling or consigning their items to the store. The store is trendy and comfortable with movies just for the children.

Our prime location among thousands of families with children who want to wear the most fashionable designer clothes, and don't mind paying less for it, sets our business apart for our competitors.

In our world today, we want to emphasize "recycling" and what better way to recycle than for customers to bring in outgrown clothing/furnishings.
