In-Store Returns

Non-discounted children's clothing and new footwear are returnable within seven (7) days with tags and with the original store receipt. A non-expiring CREDIT VOUCHER will be issued for ALL RETURNS.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE:

• Children's Formals

• Ladies' Clothing

• Accessories

• Discounted Items (Includes the use of coupons)

• Value Rack Items

Remember... Our Credit Vouchers have no expiration date! Just bring it along to any future visit to our store!

Online Store Returns

Returns must be received within seven (7) days of date of purchase. Customer must phone Frilly Frocks in advance to notify of the return. Returns must be received in the same condition as purchased (including tags still intact and with original receipt).

eBay Sales

Please note that all eBay sales are final.

Consignor Store Credit

Consignors are invited to use the credit within their accounts to purchase items at Frilly Frocks. This request must be made to the Frilly Frocks' cashier prior to checkout.

Wish List Policy

If you have an interest in an item not currently in our store, you are invited to fill out our Wish List Request Form, identifying your item (s) of interest. We will call you if we receive your requested item. For your convenience, the Wish List Request Form is also available via the Customer's Corner tab.
